The largest production hall in Europe

Adria's main plant is located in Novo mesto. It covers an area of over 147,000 m² and is built in a production hall larger than 43,000 m² Sonic, Supersonic, Alpina and Astella. Since the spring of 2022, production has been running on six modern lines using robotics, a climatic chamber and a monsoon test.

Campervans from the Bič

In 2022, a new plant worth 6 million euros was built in the village of Bič, where panel and minivan conversions are produced Twin and Active. Annual capacity? Up to 10,000 vehicles – the largest dedicated campervan race in Europe.

Climatic chamber

All Adria vehicles are tested in a climate chamber ranging from -40°C to +60°C. Humidity is also tested – from 45% to 80% at temperatures between +30 and +60 °C. Result? Reliable in all conditions.

Monsoon test and super-quality control

Adria cars also undergo the so-called monsoon test – simulated heavy rain in a special chamber. The aim is to verify that not a drop of water gets into the vehicle. Every detail is under scrutiny here. Every fifth vehicle is subject to a random thorough inspection. The results are recorded and used to improve both production and design. This is why Adria has such a strong position in the European market.

Plasmatreat Robotic Precision

In Adria, technology goes hand in hand with precision. Plasmatreat is an advanced robotic process that cleans surfaces and applies adhesive to perfectly seal holes. Result? Perfect tightness, no leaks and a long service life even under extreme conditions.

Installation of the retractable roof in 16 seconds

The Adria roofs are as smart as a Swiss watch – they fit perfectly into the car's design. A special machine deploys them in just 16 seconds. Fast, efficient and perfectly matched to the body – this is technology in action.
