Two factories, one philosophy
Novo mesto — the largest production hall in Europe
The main race of Adria is based in Novo mesto. It spreads over an area of more than 147,000 m² and in the production hall larger than 43,000 m², models are produced Sonic, Supersonic, Alpina and Astella.
Since spring 2022, production has been running on six modern lines utilizing robotics, climate chambers, and the monsoon test.
How Adria tests before sending a car out
Climate chamber: −40 to +60 °C
All Adria vehicles undergo testing in climate chamber within a range from −40 °C to +60 °C. Humidity is also tested — from 45% to 80% at temperatures between +30 and +60 °C.
The result? Reliability under all conditions.
Monsoon test and inspection of every fifth vehicle
Adria vehicles also go through the so-called monsoon test — simulated heavy rain in a special chamber. The goal is to ensure that not a single drop of water enters the vehicle.
Every fifth vehicle then undergoes a random thorough inspection. The results are recorded and used to improve production and designs.
Plasmatreat — robotic precision gluing
Plasmatreat is an advanced robotic process that cleans surfaces and applies adhesive for perfect sealing of openings. The result? Perfect sealing, no leaks and long durability even in extreme conditions.
Deployment in 16 seconds
Adria roofs are as smart as Swiss watches — they fit perfectly into the vehicle's construction. A special machine installs them in just 16 seconds.
